Dominican Rum
Production:
From Dominican Republic.
Made from sugar cane molasses distilled in Pot Still, this rum is a blend of different batches separately aged in oak bourbon barrels, with the youngest being of 5 years ageing.
Tasting:
Very ripe fruits on the nose with a hint of black pepper and roasted vanilla. On the palate, the sweetness of sugar cane is very well balanced with an abundance of fresh tropical fruits and a delicate finish.
Packaging: 700ml.
Alcohol strength: 40%

Old Captain rum is a characterful well balanced combination of different Caribbean rums made with sugar cane molasses distilled in pot still.
Tasting:
Old Captain white Rum is is a well-balanced combination of
different Jamaican rums. The slightly sweet and fruity
flavour combines harmoniously with its smooth taste and lovely dry aftertaste. Drink straight, on the rocks, in a mix or cocktail.

Old Captain Brown Rum is a powerful rum crafted from a carefully selected blend of Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados and Jamaica rums. On the nose, it reveals a pronounced aroma with fruity notes of ripe apricot and juicy plums, complemented by subtle hints of caramel and warm spice. On the palate, the rum is round and slightly sweet, delivering a full-bodied experience with a soft, lingering finish.

Old Captain Spiced Rum has a exceptionally rich taste and full of flavor. On the nose, soft sweetness immediatly comes forward, followed by subtle vanilla tones that gently takes the lead. On the palate, Old Captain is smooth, full-bodied and well-rounded, offering a harmonious balance between sweetness and spice. Jamaican peper adds depth and complexity, while notes of clove, cinnamon and nutmeg deliver, lingering spicy finish.
